1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Cook ground beef, onions & garlic powder. Drain off fat.
3 Add remaining meat sauce ingredients: tomato sauce, parsley, sugar, salt
4 Heat to boiling, stir occasionally. Reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes
or until thick.
5 While sause is simmering, Cook & drain lasagne as directed on package.
6 In separate bowl, mix together Cheese mixture: cottage cheese, parmesan,
parsley, salt, oregano.
7 In ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish, layer 1/2 of all ingredients: noodles,
, meat sauce, cheese mixture and mozzarella. Now layer the remaining half
of ingredients, ending with some meat sauce and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
For easier cutting let stand for 15 minutes. This dish is firmer and even
better as a left over dish.
