Directions
1Coarsely chop and saute' onion, bell pepper and celery in butter.
2 Add fennel, pepper, salt, oregano, basil, and Italian dressing.
3 Bring mixture to a light boil
4 Add shrimp.
5 Bring to a boil. Cook until shrimp are done (about 10 minutes).
6 Cool to room temperature
7 Heat when ready to serve.
